Healing is an essential part of our everyday life. We need to reset, renew, and regenerate daily from the demands and stress of our everyday lives. However, there are times when we fall ill, get diagnosed with a disease, and can even be faced with a life-threatening condition.     • Meditation helps you acquire new levels of understanding and insight; Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a form of meditation that helps you process emotions without resistance.
